• Father Thomas will be away from October 6-9 as he will be attending a clergy retreat

• Allow 10-14 business days for paperwork requiring Father’s signature.
• Sunday announcements are to be submitted to Fr. Thomas by email at Fr.ThomasSandberg@icloud.com by Thursday 5PM for inclusion the following Sunday. If possible, provide announcements in both English and Greek.

Sunday School
Registration is OPEN!!  It’s a wonderful opportunity for your children to grow in their Greek Orthodox faith, learn about the Scriptures, Saints, traditions, and build friendships within our parish family. Sunday School helps children deepen their love for Christ and the Church in a way that’s meaningful and age-appropriate. Let’s work together to plant strong roots of faith – register today!

Greek School
Get ready to stock up on the crisp, juicy goodness of Sun-Oka apples—perfect for snacking, baking, and sharing! Orders are now open, with delivery expected in the second or third week of October. Funds raised will support our students and school. Orders are due by October 6^th.

Niata
It’s time to register for another year of Greek dancing! Classes start October 18^th at 12:15 PM in the Lower Hall. Niata is for students between Grades 1-12 in daily school.

Volunteer Dance Teachers.. As Niata continues to grow, we always need volunteers to assist our main dance instructors teach our eager students the art of Greek dance. We will create a schedule that works for those who want to help. 

Dionysos
Dionysos welcomes everyone to attend their Greece in the Rockies Gala on Saturday October 11^th taking place at the Sheraton Suites Eau Claire in downtown Calgary.

The gala ticket will include a three-course meal and feature live musicians from Montreal (the band Diesi), as well as dance performances by visiting groups from Edmonton and Boston.

Tickets are $75 for adults, $40 for 12 & under, and free for 5 & under.

Dionysos looks forward to celebrating our shared Greek culture, music and dances with everyone! Tickets can be purchased by emailing: events@dionysoscalgary.com
