Website and Social Media Policy

The property, website, and social media pages of the Hellenic Community of Calgary are reserved exclusively for the benefit of the Community and Society and its programs. All content and information on the website is the property of the Hellenic Community of Calgary. Affiliate Organizations of the Hellenic Community may submit postings to the Office Administrator for inclusion in the newsletter, provided they meet the submission deadline. Outside organizations or individuals renting the hall are not eligible to submit postings for consideration.

Outdoor Signage Policy

Outside organizations or individuals renting the community hall are not permitted to display signage anywhere outside the Community or Church buildings.
Note: Event signage is allowed only for the duration of the hall rental. Any signage left on the property after the event will be removed and placed in the office for later pick-up.
