Community Cultural Arts Event

The Importance of Music in Greek Culture Today
On Sunday, January 18th at 4PM, Dr. Michalis Andronikou will be presenting this important topic in Greek and it will be accompanied by a PowerPoint in English.

During the presentation, Dr. Andronikou will play Greek musical instruments and he will chant in Greek.

He’s an award-winning composer and educator and his work focuses on contemporary classical music incorporating Mediterranean influences. He teaches guitar, clarinet, bouzouki and theory. Dr. Andronikou is also an examiner with the Royal Conservatory of Music.

Come and enjoy this unique musical journey! Admission is free.
