A Ministerial Order has been signed to officially proclaim March 25th as Hellenic Heritage Day in Alberta — in perpetuity. This meaningful recognition honors the rich history, culture, and contributions of the Hellenic community across our province.
To mark this important occasion, we invite you to join us this Sunday (March 22nd) for a special announcement. The proclamation will be formally shared during our March 25 Independence Day Greek School Celebration, in the Community Hall and a physical copy of the official proclamation will also be presented for permanent display within our community.
Your presence will make this moment even more meaningful as we celebrate this historic recognition together.
