Now, we’re reimagining it to be stronger, more community-driven, and built to last.

While we have chairpersons for Volunteer Coordination and Food Coordination, all other key positions must be filled for us to move forward. We urgently need dedicated volunteers for the following roles:
Festival Committee Co-Chairs (2)
- Lead the charge! Oversee all aspects of festival planning and execution, from coordinating teams and vendors to managing budgets and ensuring smooth operations. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for our culture, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!
Committee Members (6-8)
Be a vital part of the team by taking on one of these essential roles:
- Vendor Management – Showcase our community’s best! Recruit and manage vendors offering food, crafts, and cultural items.
- Permits & Compliance – Keep things running smoothly! Handle permits and work with city officials to ensure a safe and successful event.
- Entertainment Planning – Set the stage for celebration! Schedule performers, manage stage setups, and create an unforgettable experience.
- Sponsorship Outreach – Build vital community partnerships! Secure sponsorships and ensure our supporters receive proper recognition.
- Facility & Operations Management – Handle event logistics! Oversee tents, seating, parking, and cleanup.
- Payment & Cash Handling – Keep finances in check! Manage ticket sales, vendor payments, and overall cash flow.
