Tsiknopempti 2026 - A Celebration of Food, Fun and Community
In Loving Memory of Taso Kollias
Taso Kollias was a fun-loving man, who served as president of our Greek community, supported and encouraged the youth and had a great interest in people. He also loved to
barbeque and enjoyed a good time with family and friends.
Tsiknopempti (Smoky Thursday) falls on the Thursday of the second week of Apokries - Greek carnival. Traditionally, Greeks feast on meat before the beginning of the Easter Lent.
Let's remember Taso and enjoy a traditional Greek Tsiknopempti!
